The Playhouse Theatre Northampton are committed to maintaining the confidence and trust of visitors to our website. We do not sell, rent or trade email, address or telephone lists with other businesses, including marketing companies.

Newsletter Subscriptions

Box Office

When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) through our Ticketor online, or reserve tickets over the phone, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our Box Office system. You may, of course, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person at the venue without supplying this personal data. Your personal data, such as your name, contact number and email address (and postal address if we have delivered tickets) will be kept until you decide you would rather unsubscribe from our communications. You can do this by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of all email communications we send, or by emailing us directly at

Individuals who join The Playhouse Theatre Northampton via membership do so after completing a full application form with the details we need to insure our members on stage and backstage. This information includes full name, address and contact information, as well as photographic consent. This information is stored
securely, and will be removed upon request.
