9.00pm    ‘Education, Education, Education’ devised by Wardrobe Ensemble.

                  Performed as a radio play.’

 

Wednesday 29th May*   An evening with writer and performer Barry Dougall

7.45pm     ‘A letter from Mr Bevan’ An MP writes a letter to a young constituent in Wales from his hospital bed

9.00pm     ‘Bread of Heaven,’ The memoirs of Arthur Buchanan, a former Rugby Player and    Journalist.

Thursday 30th May*   The Playhouse Repertory Company.

7.45pm       ‘Derailed’ by Steve Chambers. Being married to an ageing Rock Musician doesn’t turn out quite as planned.

9.00pm       ‘Derailed’ Part Two

Friday 31st May          An evening with local actor Tony Howes

7.45pm            ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ A one-man entertainment.

Saturday 1st June

7.45pm            ‘Fearful Symmetry – A walk with William Blake by Stephen Loveless performed by Robin Hillman

9.00pm*          ‘An Afternoon on the Thames,’

                         An episode of ‘Life with the Lyons’ performed as a Radio play by the Playhouse Repertory Company.

                       

Tickets are £5 per night or £12 for a week’s pass

*The Playhouse becomes a Recording studio on the nights marked and the performances are recorded as radio plays.
